I am cancelling my sky contract and have a large amount of films in my sky store how will I be able to view these once the sky box is returned

However, at the time of cancellation, I think you need to ensure your ID is set accordingly (I will see if I can find a reference to the specific action needed)

To confirm what I said a few years ago on that link (well found @nigea99 ) you can view your purchases via the likes of the Sky Store app but you will need to contact Sky Store support to ask them to change your account to a Sky Store only one. They have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
