due to a technical issue you cannot downkload at the moment...

I have a Sky Q 2tb box.

Some time ago Ipurchased Avengers endgame.

Today I decided to watch it, but I got the 'technical issue please try later' notification.

I have switched off the box and switched it back on again, with no effect.

This appears to be the only film affected.

Anyone any ideas ?

Have you tried archiving the film so you then have to download it, then try again to watch it ?

If this doesn't work then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
