Sky Store eVoucher dispatch long delays

Just rang Sky Store as I've been waiting 7 working days for my Sky Store eVoucher to be dispatched.

They told me they use a third party to do the dispatch. There's some sort of problem with them which has seriously delayed dispatches. Apparently they have a large backlog to work through.

Sky tell me it's likely to take up to 10 working days before it's dispatched.

Does anyone think there's a problem with their computer coding?

Also have been waiting for my e gift voucher, did you get yours eventually?

They should be doing these things in house instead of 3 party' it's not the code you want to be worried about it's your personal information as obviously sky passed your information to a company that could be in a country where data protection is like a chocolate fireguard good luck getting your vouchers whatever happened to sky sending digital email with your vouchers I thought we were dealing with sky not there 2 bob affiliates 😂
