You haven't said what the error message is saying but you will see a error if you account hasn't been set up for Sky Store purchases so you will need to get in contact with Sky Store support as this is a common issue so they will be able to fix it for you.

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
