Sky VIP Gift Not Free

Hey everyone,

i can't get the sky vip gift bumblebee free in sky store on Roku

I have sky broadband and sky mobile and have been sent an email from Sky telling me I'm entitled to the free gift (I'm platinum vip) but it's asking for £7.99 payment.

I've checked the terms and conditions, I should be able to get it free and download it in the sky store on Roku but I can't, can anyone help please?

Hi @CaptainCarter

When you are in Skystore within your Roku - are you signed in using the same Sky ID as the ID that you were sent the offer on ?

Yep it's the same (it's the only one I have 😬)

It won't let me sign in on my phone or tablet as they are both Apple but I should be able to do this on Roku on my to right?

Thanks but no it's still saying £7.99? (Normally I wouldn't care but I haven't seen this film 😬)

It's says my device is not compatible (and sky store app on Apple devices is only good for watching you have to buy via sky store.com)

Aren't Sky Store Sky VIP gifts only available to Sky TV subscribers?
