I recently pre ordered fast 10 on the sky store it shows a release date as the 19th june but we can not play the film now a couple days after this date still what can we do to get it to play

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

https://www.skystore.com/help/contact-us

They should be able to help you to get access to the film.

We have the same issue pre ordered fast x confirms purchased but unable to watch

There have been a few similar reports with this movie @Steve1w

The posts I've seen have been resolved by contacting the Skystore team as suggested by @caesarome in the previous post.

Unfortunately I think livechat doesn't open till Monday 11am - you might get through by phone on a Sunday.

another thing you could try is to archive your download (if you got that far) then re-download it

If you can't get as far as downloading it - try going to Skystore on a mobile device - selecting the movie there and then "send to box"

If you have the same problem @Steve1w then the soloution is the same as posted and that is to get in touch with Sky Support as we do see a few posts along these lines with pre-orders which can be fixed by the support team at Sky Store.
