Unable to claim VIP film reward

So I am a VIP member and get emails advising of new rewards available. On my latest email it said I can claim a film as a VIP reward

There's a Sky Store movie waiting with your
name on it. To claim, just head to the My Sky
app orthe VIP section on your Sky Box or
your Sky Glass TV. You can then pick any
movie from the VIP Gift section in Sky Store.

However I can't find how I claim this, been on the app, nothing. Been on sky store, nothing. And as I have any glass I don't appear to have a VIP section on there.

This is the 2nd time I've been told I can claim a film but can't find anywhere that allows me to access or claim it.

Anyone had this or know how to find and claim my reward film?

If you look here online - when you are logged in to your account / does it allow you to choose a free VIP movie ?

One thing to note is that when you select a film on the link posted by @mike+simmonds the one you select must show a price of £0.00.

So when I go through to that page/section it says choose your gift, however which ever one I click on has a price against it. None are free.

This is the issue, how come I'm being told I have the gift of a film but yet no free option? Totally baffled

If you have not had a free gift film before then you would qualify so I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
