Hi all my purchases movies are gone after cancelling sky tv. I was promised this would not happen when cancelling.

To be able to view your purchased movies after leaving Sky TV, you need to ask the Skystore team to change your account to Skystore only.

I don't know the timescale of how long you have to do this after leaving - but you can contact the Skystore team tomorrow from 11am. They have just closed for the night (unless you are really quick)

Once you have cancelled you will be able to view your Buy and Keep purchases online only so via the Sky Store apps or the Sky Store website but as @mike+simmonds has said you do need to contact them to ask them to change your acciunt over to a Sky Store only one.
