Any help on renting a movie from sky store it keeps showing up go to sky viewing help it's fully connected to the Internet and payment method is setup.

Hi it just says you cannot purchase at the moment please visit sky viewing help @caesarome

Typically these messages appear when Skystore need to set or reset a credit limit on your account.

it can usually be fixed quickly with a livechat to the Skystore team who are open now and until 7.30pm
