Repeat downloading

Hi,

Does anyone know if you have to download a movie you have bought each time you want to watch it. We have bought the mario movie and each day it has to be download for it to be viewed which is very annoying.

You shouldn't have to re-download each time unless you regularly archive your recording @Cinmo

Just a thought - Have a look in your settings (recordings / manage) and see if your hard drive is full up (it's meant to auto administer itself but if full it might have got confused. ) Try "deleting forever" 20% or so.
