Anybody know why sky store are not letting me update card details using my husband card ? Is it cos it's the wrong name ?

I mean like we have the same surname , just his names not on the account

@Nicola.G-C The payee name doesn't have to match the name on the account

but is the card either maestro or visa has those are the only cards Sky accept

It might be worth trying a livechat with the Skystore team (they are open now and until 7.30pm) to see what the problem is
