I rented a movie by accident, I haven't watched it, will I still be charged?

If you rented it on a phone / device /app you will get charged even if you don't watch it at all

if you rented it on a Sky Q / Sky HD box and you haven't pressed play (even for a second) you won't get charged - but if you've pressed play at all- you will be charged.

Thank you, I tried to cancel when I realised what I had done so it isn't even fully downloaded yet!

So assuming it's on a Sky box, just delete it, then go to your deleted items and delete it "forever" then you won't be charged if you've never pressed play.

Having said that - keep an eye on your next bill just to make sure.
