I cannot buy the film Avatar the way of water from sky store? When attempting to buy it states my account is not enabled for purchases. Please help

This is quite a common issue if you have never used the Sky Store before so if doing the above doesn't help via the link posted by @oldfella then you will need to get in touch with Sky Store support.
