Sky gift - credit issue

I've got a voucher code to use for being a diamond member of Sky. However, I also have sky store credit. It won't let me use the voucher code (only valid until the end of April). Any ideas how to use the code and not the credit?

The only idea that comes to mind @ruthsd is to try a livechat with the Skystore team (open now and until 7.30pm) and ask if they will process a way round this manually.
