Hello. I ordered John Wick 2 from sky £3.49 as am going to watch JW 4 at the cinema and havent watched any of them. Even though i understand now you have to watch within 48 hours...sadly things came up i was t expecting meaning i started it but didnt finish it.
i fully realise the terms and conditions etc and you have done no wrong....i came to finish it today and its gone. It is my fault. Since i have been a loyal sky payer since before the prem league football ie before 1992, and am a sky vip etc i believe :)). Anything you can do for me pretty please? I watch it the film but not pay another £3.49? Can you help pls??
