    <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3740350"&gt;@Brereton68&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the forum we hear of a lot of messages similar to yours (these are almost always due to &amp;nbsp;your Skystore account not being enabled yet by Sky for transactions)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes a purchase limit gets reset to £0 (rarely the fault of the customer - seems to be a process issue)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if yours is in this category then the easiest solution is to contact the Skystore team. This is a good link but unfortunately the livechat part isn't open till 11am Monday.
