ASDA Valentines SKY MOVIE VOUCHER NOT WORKED

LORDAN6 — Tue, 07 Mar 2023 21:51:02 GMT

I got an Asda Valentines meal deal with sky movie voucher worth £5 for sky store. I redeemed this on my sky q box 18th Feb, accepted it. So I picked the original top gun which cost £3.49, so it was cheaper than my voucher. Just checked future bill and been charged for it rather than coming out of my voucher!!

As stated above by @SKY1992bf , you do have to use the voucher online here:

https://www.skystore.com/n/rdvc/redeem-voucher

See if you can redeem the voucher here and if you can't then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

https://www.skystore.com/help/contact-us

If you do get it added to your account then do note that only Buy and Keep films can then be sent to your Sky Q box as rented films can not.
