sky store spend limit

Does anyone know why I can't rent a movie on sky store because of my spend limit? I've never had a spend limit and also I've just upgraded my account and have lots of things free so my bill is half the cost of what it is normally. I can't get through to a person to find out.

This is almost never due to anything the customer has done wrong or to do with their bill. We just hear of it a lot on the forum where a spend limit becomes set or reset to £0

It's usually easy to fix but you do need to get through to the Skystore team - but they aren't open till 11am Monday

I'm sure they used to open Sunday but the times indicates now seem to be Monday to Saturday.

Oh I see. I did think it was weird. I hoped I could ring tomorrow but I expect you're right about not being open until Monday. Thank you for the info.

I think you are right so that must be a recent change.

The way I read it is the live chat isn't available until Monday but the phone lines might be so it might be worth trying tomorrow.
