Hi does anyone know what happened matilda musical to pre order it was there last week now it's gone there's just a sneak peak ?

So far as I know it's available to buy from tomorrow (Feb 8th) so perhaps Sky have taken it off pre order a few hours early ?

Just to mention - there is a bonus edition- so if and when you buy it - make sure you choose the one you prefer.

Hi, we are trying the watch Matilda as it's now available to watch but it won't let you download and watch it yet. My daughter has been waiting weeks for this day 🙈 she's so upset she can't watch it before school!

Hi, im having the same problem, its there in my purchases but gives no option to watch.

got 2 poorly children off school who would of loved to be watching it to take thier minds of things.

Customer service live chat for sky store dont open until 11am so wondering if they will have some answers as sky help didnt know why it wouldnt play.

fingers crossed it becomes available for us all soon

I pre-ordered it on the 1st Feb and afterwards it stated the money would come out my bank 24 hours before the release on the 8th Feb. Nothing has come out my bank and yet on my sky purchases its showing purchased but it won't play. So confused about the whole thing. I had a similar problem when I pre-ordered the paw patrol movie when that was coming out.

I notice @Kellyrid that for Matilda, the Skystore online pages have been updating / changing during the morning. I can't tell as I haven't ordered it but do you see Matilda in your online library on (say) your phone or a tablet ?

If so and you select "send to box" does it do so ?

Same issue for me and a very disappointed little girl. Shows in my purchases in the app but cannot view or send to box still shows all the preorder info.

We have had the same issue this mornign my 6 year old is poorly and has been counting down the day and was also so eccited this morning and no go on playing. I phoned sky and they said it was a wider issue but the tech team dont start until 11! Not happy would be an understantement. Howvere just seen it is also on Prime for the same price so i guess Prime will be getting my money and not sky 🙂

just spoke to live chat on sky store and this was the response so hopefully they can get it resolved today
