I purchased a film (dinner for schmucks) and it plays on my phone but attempting to play on any other device I get the error code 0805, I would like to be able to watch this on my TV which currently isn't possible

I don't know that particular error code - but assuming you are talking about a buy and keep movie- it may be worth trying a power off at the mains plug (for at least 1 minute) on your Sky box.

if that doesn't help - a livechat with the Skystore team should find you a resolution - they are open now and until 7.30pm

Are you try to play it via your Sky box, if so and it is a Buy and Keep film what happens if you archive the film then download it again ?
