I pre ordered the film smile. Came out yesterday. Everyone can rent it. It has not downloaded to the sky box. Can't seem to get any help from sky But i don't want to be charged for something I haven't had

If this link doesn't take you to it go to My Account > My Orders and select the cancel option against the film that was pre-ordered then order this film yourself.

If you haven't linked your account to the online version then go here as there should be an option on the right handside to do this:
