Sky VIP gift?

The Sky VIP section of the app says there's a free movie. Clicking on select takes you to the movie store which has a "VIP gift" tab. But clicking on a movie shows the prices to rent or buy. Does anyone know if the movie becomes free at the checkout? Given how difficult it is to contact Sky I don't want to se;etc a free movie only to find I'm paying for it! Thanks

In the terms and conditions it looks like the choice of movie is either how the grinch stole christmas or love actually

Did you check either of those 2 films to see if they are showing as free?

If you look for the 2 movies on your sky box in the sky store(just checked on mine) they have the buy/rent price and it is crossed out and 0.00 next to them so showing as free

Also thanks for pointing this out,i missed this offer so i just got the grinch for free 😃

As @mc321 has said the app does say you can choose from either Love Actually or How the Grinch stold Christmas and you can do that here:

Only go through and place the order if they show as £0.00.

This sounds like a different issue to what the op is mentioning

There are no codes for the films mentioned in the giveaway above,they are free in the sky store to claim (one or the other)

Sounds like you maybe have an offer from sky seperate to this?

What does the email say, is it refering to a VIP title like these:
