How do I remove a pre order of a movie showing in purchases?

Go to the Sky Store section online here:

https://www.skystore.com/n/amyo/my-account/my-orders

If this link doesn't take you to it go to My Account > My Orders and select the cancel option against the film that was pre-ordered.

Thanks for your reply but it didn't work, it just says pending ,its been pending since 2016 by the way
