      <description>Hi all guru’s. So a couple of months ago, I downgraded my sky packages as we just done use them anymore. However, there are some movies etc that we had purchased previously (@ £15+ each) and now they cannot be viewed. I feel robbed! Anyone else seen this issue?</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you go ti the sky store website &amp;amp; log in you will be able to send all the films you purchased to the Sky Q box again.&amp;nbsp; Did you not try this 1st?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What a stupid comment! No I didnt try that first. Otherwise I wouldnt have come on here seaching for help as, if my purchases were available, which they are not, I would sat happily watching them, rather than writing on this forum!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your purchases are not showing via your online account either then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm each day and can be found here:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, You might have rented the movies as opposed to buy and keep. When a movie is bought via the buy to keep it is saved to the actual sky account not the subscriptions&lt;/P&gt;</description>
