Bought a film to store and also a DVD.

But DVD does not play.

You could either repair it yourself by magic - or if that's not in your repertoire- you could live chat with the Skystore team who are open till 7.30 tonight and then from 11am tomorrow

Thanks Mike for your very prompt reply and link, very much appreciated.

Yep ......... have tried all my magical chants and moanings, even wearing my long black gown didn't work, falling over made my wife laugh though. Will try the link tomorrow, as I'm in A&E after my fall./ha ha.

I'll keep it posted, albeit this scenario is very new to me.
