So I got Top gun on Blu-ray delivered today the case is unsealed is this usual ?

No good of its a present !

That shouldn't happen but I have seen similar reports in the past from others. If you want to talk to Sky Stire support about this then they have a live chat available until 7.30pm:

If it helps you to know @mrsbeetlebum - I had the same thing with a Bluray and asked Sky the question- they told me it was to reduce packaging and for the environment 🤔

not sure if that's true or not - or just a good answer
