Anyone know why i cant download the Casper film from sky store please? When i select 'buy&keep' it flashes up at the top saying something about purchase failed as its not set up on my account and theres insufficient credit on my viewing card? The casper film is currently free, and i have purchased from sky store before, and have always been able to download the free films they put on it........ I have a sky q box with the sky glass tv- but not the streaming service
