Hi there, as part of my change of plan and upgrade to sky Q I was told I'd receive a box office movie... tried to utilise that tonight and it's not been added to my account?

Was it a box office movie or a VIP movie ?

If VIP - have a look here and see if these are priced at £0 for you

If it was some other promotion (of which I'm unaware) you'll probably have to call Sky to check on it
