Same here, keeps saying can’t purchase as account is not enabled to purchase, but as it’s supposed to be free dontbsee why I have to enable purchases

This is the way things are, you account does need to bet set up for all Sky Store purchases no matter if they are free or paid so you will need to get in touch with Sky support and once that have sorted this for you will not have to do it again.

Does anyone remember getting £15 to spend on store at Christmas on 2 or 3 downloads of my choice instaed one film i have no desire to watch or own!
