Asda £5 Sky Movie Deal Website broken!

Website www.movienightsin.co.uk where you need to register and upload the reciept allows you to complete upload but when you hit submit nothing happens. I have contacted them and nothing has happened after 4 days not even a notification

I have tried desktop and mobile different picture formats nothing works!

Help please?

Hi sky, trying to do the Asda deal and it's not working, I have 2 more in my purse but not doing them until 1st one sorted out but only got 7 days?

Just so you're aware, although some Sky employees drop in here from time, this is a customer to customer forum - so you're not chatting with Sky directly

frustrating because the cyo pizzas were not as nice as they used to be and i only bought them for this offer 😣

Hi All,

I too have the same issues with this. Website issues try to send in the first place and then when it does accept a submission it rejects it but not says specifically why. I have emailed them and now don't hold out much hope in getting a response. Only 7 valid days to claim and all these issues means it will probably expire before it is sorted. Sounding unfortunately like a bit of a con.

Anyone else have any helpful tips to get a successful claim ?

Hi all. After 4 days of not hearing anything i sent a message to movienightsin on their contact us form and I had a reply 3 days later.. they sent me a screenshot of proof that my receipt/request had been approved and I told them I didn't receive the links...they were happy to resend over the links and I have now got them. Might be worth trying the same?

Its no point contacting sky chat-i did this and they cant do anything as its an asda deal.

I have contacted their own customer services now too, so I will update to let you know.

Mine btw was a rejection email after several unsuccessful attempts to get it to submit. Fingers crossed they will reslove it.

Good luck! I cant understand why they would reject your claim?!

They did give me 7 days from When the link was resent to me to activate it. Hope you're not kept waiting long

No neither do I. They just gave a list of possible reasons on the rejection response so it is obviously something automated 🤦‍♀️

I have just now got a successful claim. Sent same photo of receipt as well as one to customer service, so not sure which worked but i now have success !

Its frustrating that we've all had to chase this.

My next upset is that I cannot watch this on the tele..its only on the sky store app which for some reason cant be downloaded on the TV. Nevermind 🤷🏻‍♀️
