&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>No access to catch up or sky store services</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi can someone please help me. This morning I paid off my outstanding balance and set up new direct debit and have had my tv services reinstated but when I try to access any on demand (i.e catch up) or sky store I get a message pop up saying you do not have the sky+ entitlement &amp;nbsp;how ever I can still record or watch recorded programs . How do I fix this and get access back please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
