Mobile App suddenly stopped connecting to Sky Store last night (12th Sep 2022)

Sky store works fine on Sky Q Box connected via Virgin Media this morning.

Reinstalled app on Samsung Galaxy S10 - no improvement.

Tried on 4G - Works fine, so issue is only on Wi-Fi.

Wi-Fi good for all other apps. VM3 Hub in Modem Mode, Cisco Router/Switch, Cisco AP.

Is there an issue with Sky Store mobile Android app and Virgin Media?

I have a very similar issue here with the Skystore app / Virginmedia / on my iPhone 11 using the new IOS 16

VM3 hub in modem mode also - Linkysy router

I'm getting this message

"Can't connect to SkyStore

An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made"

I'll try a few things and let you know if I find out what's going on.

I have access to a different part of the forum where some users can flag things up to Sky. The Skystore/ VM issue is being investigated

I'll post on here if I hear anything back. Sky store app with Sky wifi seems ok - so could just be a Skystore/ VM issue.

Have tried refresh of apps , have also unplugged and restarted. Still not working with just a black screen. Been down for 2 days now. Any help please ??

Yeah mines not working, it's been 4 days tried everything we have sky glass and the little boxes and none of three go on sky store the screen just goes black
