Due to an issue previously I was told I was given a sky store voucher

Where do I find these on my account so I can redeem them

A Sky Store voucher will either be sent to you via the post or emailed so if you have had neither then you would need to ask Sky about it.

To add it to your account you can only do this at the Sky Store website this will mean that should you then purchase a Buy and Keep film you can then send it to your Sky box. You can not do this with rented films as they can only be watched online if this is how it was ordered.

My experience of vouchers @Abi+j+87 is that Sky could have sent you an email with a code - which you could use online. If you use this for or toward a buy and keep purchase - you could then send it to your Sky box (assuming you are a Sky TV customer)
