just rented a film of sky store but it's not playing just says loading can watch films on now tv etc so not an internet problem

Yes I have the app on the now tv but it's also not working on my either

On this forum we are Sky TV customers and not Now customers so you might not get any replies where the link I posted is for Now customers where I believe Now staff post replies to, or at least they used to !
