Unable to log in! (Using NOW TV black box)

Hi.

For some reason my sky store has logged me out on my TV. This has happened since last night/early hours of today, as I was watching a film on there last night into past midnight time.
I never sign myself out. So this is strange!

I can log on via my phone, so not an issue overall with my account.
I checked to make sure there hasn't been any new devices added etc. Still only showing up as 3, so technically I have 1 space spare.

Every time I go to log in, I put in all my details and it comes up saying they're having problems signing me in and to try again!

I've switched the TV and Now Tv box off by the mains and left for a few minutes before turning back on. Made no difference!

Anyone else having the same issue? Or any advice on how to resolve this? Just paid £35 for a movie box set and can't watch them! Thank you, in advance.

Hello, I'm having same issue. Purchased Top Gun on ipad but can't log in on now Tv.

I'm having the same problem atm I just bought top gun maverick and it will let me watch on my phone but not my now TV box

@caesarome thank you, I have already done this, but was just wondering if others were also having the same struggle. If it was just me, then may be something in my area, broadband issues etc.

However, seeing as others seem to be having the same issue. There must be an issue with sky store app on the now tv boxes 😕

@Badincanka81 how annoying! Must be to do with the app and now tv. As we can all access it via our phones/tablets. Frustrating though!

@Whiteside12 yeah it's weird isn't it. Least I know it's not just me. So must be the app on the now tv box that's messing up. If we can all sign in on our phone/iPads or whatever. I checked my daughters room as well as she has the stick, so thought it might be a box issue. But even hers has signed her out as well. Same thing coming up when I try to sign in. How annoying. I wrote on the now tv forum as well so if I hear anything back I will let you and the other person know 🙂
