Hello I have tried to claim a free movie for being a vip but unfortunately I'm unable to do this as all movies show a price I can't seem to find the free ones

When logged in - you should be able to choose a buy and keep movie from here priced £0 and send it to your Sky box

Are you signed in on the page ? and do you have your login linked to your Sky TV account (when logged in, look at my account / My Sky account )

If you are looking for the recent "sorry for the inconvenience" free movie @Jo227

if you go to your SkyQ menu on your TV and go to the Skystore section, then look through either "top picks" or featured - you should see this tile
