The rental from sky store isnt what i have rented. It keeps downloading something else. Is there anyone at Sky that I can actually talk to? Not a bot!

Before doing so make sure you have deleted what you have downloaded so far and made sure it is removed again from the deleted folder.

Although the advice from @caesarome is the way to go with your problem @Skynogood - I was interested to know what you are trying to download and what you are seeing

The reason I ask is that a movie I rented a few months ago (struggling to remember which) before the main feature there was a 10 minute trailer of something else - before the main movie started

Any chance that's what you are seeing ?

@mike+simmonds - we downloaded the northman, and it was 24min of Breeders, so not a trailer, but completely wrong. This was in UHD, when we downloaded in HD it worked fine. I will call Sky today. Hopefully someone will answer, because I am not paying for Breeders, when its being shown for free currently.

This issue with The Northman is repeating on the forum but needs the Skystore team to fix it - so certainly a live chat at 11am as recommended by @caesarome is the way to go. Do post back and let us know what they say.
