When I am watching a film from my Sky Store library, if i try to rewind or ffwd it does not work. The film carries on playing but in slo mo. If I press it again this continues. I then press pause or exit and nothing happens. Then about 2 minutes later it tries to do all the things I have requested all at once. I have tried pressing rewind and then just waiting, but then - by the time it finally reacts - it has gone way too far back. Then I have to ffwd, with exactly the same problems. I usually end up turning the film off.

Thank you Mike. Mine is a NOW box rather than a Sky box (probably should have mentioned that) but I will give it a try.
