I pre ordered sonic 2, it is showing in my recordings , but cannot select it to play , anyone else have this issue ? Sky chat wasn't helpful and just advised me to ring , but been on hold quite a while

I have ordered Sonic 2 for digital and dvd release. Digital release was yesterday 15/6/22 and it's not available yet. I have an impatient 4 year old. Any help please?

Hi @StevenK1 Have you looked in the purchased section in the Sky Cinema menu, on your SKYQ box?

From what I can see several people are reporting issues with the Bonus edition (as opposed to the standard edition)

Yesterday - Sky apologised and said they were trying to resolve an issue with Sonic 2 and I'm sure they are still doing so - but for an answer from Sky you would need to contact them (livechat opens at 11am)
