This happens a lot. It's just where a credit limit hasn't been agreed between you and Sky. You just have to contact them (live chat opens at 11am) to agree an amount. They will usually fix your problem there and then. This is a good link

Update - spoken to Katylouise89, we reset the credit limit and they are back to being able to purchase. 🙂

Would love to say helped but no response even on a so called live chat shocking response for a sky customer again

Just stay on there for as long as you can or give them a call via the phone option shown.
