Movie nights in not working

Hello all. I submitted my information for the movie nights in, but when I go to get the code, the website says the promotion has ended. I checked the terms and conditions and the promotion doesn't end until June 30th, and you can't contact anyone as the website just loops back round to the promotion has ended page.

When I first read your post I wondered if you were clicking in the wrong place but I agree with you about the date and agree with you about the promotion saying it's closed.

I don't know if the website is having a temporary problem but all I can think is that you explain to the Skystore team what's happening and see if you can persuade them to try the link and see for themselves.

They don't run the promotion but might know who to contact at Asda.

I don't know if @caesarome is around today. He knows about this stuff and may know more than me - but certainly I agree with your observation.

I have today bought a move deal from Asda for a free sky movie! I have gone online to redeem the offer and got a "promotion now closed" when it's open until 30th June!

I agree with your observation that the published date was June 30th

Although not a Sky promotion as such - they could be aware of it by now but I don't know what their plan is. Best I can suggest is that you try a livechat (should still be open) and see how they are dealing with it. You might need to persuade them that you (in my opinion) are correct. They might suggest nothing to do with Sky.

That might be because Sky are not running this promotion as it is an Asda/TLC Marketing promotion but glad it is working for you now.
