Skystore not allowing playback

I have purchased a film on Skystore and gone to watch it and it's asking for a parental password. I have clicked forgotten password and reset it but it still won't work. I also have turned parental controls off.

To be clear @Minkey101 are you trying to watch the film via your Sky Q box or the online Sky Store or app ?
