      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I brought the greatest showman on my Sky Q box last night, normally the films download straight away, however it is nowhere to be found in my recordings or in my purchases. I know the purchase went through because now when I go back into the sky store, I only have the option to rent the movie, not to buy it. Please can anybody help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(Phone / Tablet etc)&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log on to your account and see if The Greatest showman is showing in your library&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A title="Store" href="https://www.skystore.com/n/mlbm/my-library/my-movies" target="_self"&gt;https://www.skystore.com/n/mlbm/my-library/my-movies&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so - select it and choose "send to box"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully that will make it appear in your Sky box purchases in a minute or two.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
