I have a voucher code for a movie Iv chosen my movie via the sky box but now I don't know how to redeem the voucher against it on my online account.

The voucher code can only be used online here:

If the film you have chosen is a Buy ad Keep one then after purchasing it you can then send it to your Sky Box. If this film is a rented one then you can not send it to the box as you can only watch it online.

you head on over to sky store.com/redeem where it will ask you to pop in your code. I had this issue a few months back. Now I can't remember where to find my voucher code which is annoying as I know I have money left in it! Haha...

Once you have entered the code you don't need to locate it again as the credit has gone on your account, you can see what credit you have left in two places, firstly hover over you name and you will see it from the menu that pops up:
