Could you clarify, are you downloading on your Sky box or on a portable device ?

I haven't heard of any particular issues with Kingsman (which one by the way?)

If it's part downloaded but won't continue, then it's a good idea to delete the part download and start again. If it's on a Sky box - often a good idea to reboot your box.

If this is happening your a Sky Q box then try rebooting the maon Sky Q box and give it another go.
