Hi, I bought THE BUY AND KEEP DVD off the new spiderman on 22/03/2022.

Still not received it.

1. Anyone else had this issue with BUY and keep dvd?

2. Who do I contact?

You're talking about the No Way Home I assume ?

I ordered the Bluray which arrived a few weeks ago and I've not heard of any delays mentioned on the forum. If you check your order - does it show it was correctly ordered / posted ? Did you order on your Sky box or online ?

Anything showing here ?

Hi, yes that's the one.

I ordered it on the sky store at same time we were going to watch it

Been paid for out of this months bill.

Updated My address details for delivery too. Not saying its been dispatched or anything.

Will have a chat with someone tomorrow. I'll also have a quick check of my emails too so I can take a screenshot of the order 🙂

Just seen there was an email about it, said that it should be with me by 10/04/2022. Then when I clicked on the tracking, it stated est delivery to be by 12/04/2022.

Only problem I have is that the delivery address is wrong 😕 😒 🤔

Even though I updated it, so will definitely have to chase it up for that very reason anyway ... arghhhhhhh

Usually a good idea to get in the livechat queue at about 10.58am
