No Way Home is certainly available to rent at £5.49

it may just be that your credit limit on your account has been set to £0 for purchases through your box

Usually this isn't any reflection on the customer - just that you need to agree a credit limit with the Skystore team

Don't rent it online unless you want to watch it online (you can't send rentals to your box)

It is a bit of a misleading error message is that @Oliver+O+Sullivan , as it doesn't mean you have no credit or anything like that it means that either the spending limit every viewing card on it has been reached or it is set at £0, either way this is something that gets reported on here very often so should be an easy fix for Sky Store support once you contact them about it.
