Received £13.99 to use against buy abs keep sky film but used it once and it didn't let me put the offer code in so had to paid for the film, where is the offer box don't want it happen again

A voucher like this can only be used online here:

www.skystore.com/redeem

If you then use it against a Buy ad Keep film you can then send the film to your Sky box. You can not sent rental films to your Sky box as they can only be viewed online.

Exactly the same problem. During payment there is no chance to enter the code. A scam by sky to get even more money from us?

You can only use the code online so did you redeem it first so that the £13.99 credit was added to your account ?

Hi @andy60c

If you follow the link offered by @caesarome to redeem the code-you can then use the £13.99

as credit against an online purchase- but significantly if it's a buy and keep movie -you can then send the movie to your Sky box (you can't do that with a rental though )
