I asked the Skystore team a question by email on Monday afternoon (using the link on the contact page) and they replied on Wednesday morning - so hopefully they will get back to you soon

I got a detailed and personalised reply rather than a standard paragraph.

Yes @RiverbraidHarry 😅. Same here.

In the past I've been on livechat at about 10.55 and waiting in the queue and have got through in 10 minutes - but I think they were very busy around the time of "No Way Home" becoming available

I notice @RiverbraidHarry that the Sky premiere rental is only available until April 10th. (Apologies if everyone already noticed that )
