I'm trying to buy a film from sky and its saying my account is unable to purchase stuff and I'm unsure why as my bill has been paid. Does anyone no how to buy films without havi g to ring sky as I don't have credit 🤦‍♂️

You could try adding a payment method in the Sky Store.

I should add, make sure that you buy the film on the media you want to watch it on.

This is a message we hear about regularly on the forum

It's because Sky have set a limit for purchases on your account either at £0 or at a low amount

It's usually done to keep customers spending to an agreed limit until there has been as discussion to agree a credit limit

At 11am - live chat will be open and if you can get on to wifi or have free data - you can usually resolve this with the Skystore team - although there is usually a bit of a wait to get through
